Acceptance.

By accessing or using JARVIS, the GVERA website, or any related service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms form a binding agreement between you and GVERA Technologies, Inc.

// 02 — USE OF SERVICE

Use of service.

You agree to use JARVIS only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You will not attempt to interfere with the service, circumvent security controls, or use JARVIS to generate content that violates applicable law.

We may suspend or limit access if your usage threatens the integrity of the service or other users.

// 03 — ACCOUNT

Account.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you must have your parent or guardian's permission to use JARVIS.

// 04 — INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Intellectual property.

GVERA, JARVIS, and all associated logos, names, and software are the property of GVERA Technologies, Inc. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for personal or internal business purposes.

Content you generate using JARVIS belongs to you, subject to the licenses of the underlying models and any rights of third parties.

// 05 — TERMINATION

Termination.

You may terminate your account at any time from Settings. We may terminate or suspend access if you breach these terms or if continued service would expose us to legal or operational risk.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability — will survive.

// 06 — LIABILITY

Liability.

JARVIS is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, GVERA disclaims all warranties, express or implied, and is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Our total liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, or one hundred US dollars, whichever is greater.

// 07 — CHANGES TO THESE TERMS

Changes to these terms.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in-product or by email at least 14 days before they take effect.

Continued use of the service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
