Privacy.
Your voice is the interface. That means the rules around what happens to it have to be plain. Here’s exactly what we collect, where it goes, and how to take it back.

// 01 — WHAT WE COLLECT
What we collect.
We collect the minimum data required to operate JARVIS and the GVERA website. That includes account identifiers (email, display name), device metadata, and the voice and text content you choose to share with JARVIS during a session.
Anonymous analytics — page views, feature interactions, crash diagnostics — are gathered to improve product quality. We do not sell raw analytics or voice data to third parties.
When you opt into a local-first mode, sensitive content stays on your device and is never transmitted to GVERA servers.
// 02 — HOW WE USE IT
How we use it.
Your data is used to authenticate you, route voice intents to the appropriate model, sync your profile across devices, and improve JARVIS over time.
We use aggregated, de-identified data to evaluate model performance and reduce latency. You may opt out of model-improvement contributions at any time in Settings.
// 03 — WHO HAS ACCESS
Who has access.
Access to user data is restricted to authorized GVERA personnel under strict confidentiality controls. Third-party model providers — for example OpenAI, Anthropic, Google — process voice and text on our behalf under data-processing agreements that prohibit training on your content.
We disclose data only when required by law or to protect the safety of our users.
// 04 — YOUR CHOICES
Your choices.
You may access, export, correct, or delete your data at any time from Settings, or by emailing privacy@gvera.tech.
You may disable cloud routing entirely and operate JARVIS in fully local mode. You may also delete your account, which removes your profile and associated content within 30 days.
// 05 — DATA RETENTION
Data retention.
Voice transcripts are retained for 30 days unless you change the default in Settings. Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account and removed within 30 days of deletion.
Backups and logs are purged on a rolling 90-day cycle.
